§ 02 - How we work

The principles, plainly.

    The engineer who writes the code is the engineer you talk to.

    No account managers. No subcontracting. No "we will get back to you after sync." If you book a call, the person who would build the work is the person in the room.

    Status twice a week, in writing. Decisions logged. If we do not know, we say so. If something is off-track, you read it from us before you read it anywhere else.

    Code your future maintainer can read.

    Documentation, tests, sensible commit history. Whether you keep us or not, the codebase you receive is one another team can pick up.

    Honest scoping.

    If your idea does not need a custom build, we will say so. If we are not the right partner, we will tell you who is. Cheaper to discover that in a 15-minute call than three weeks in.
