Privacy policy
How Developable Ltd collects and uses personal data on this website.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Who we are
This website, developable.tech, is operated by Developable Ltd ("Developable", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15647861. Our registered office is 6th Floor, 37 Lombard Street, City of London, London EC3V 9BQ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything about privacy, email dataprotection@developable.tech.
This website does not track you
developable.tech is a static website served from our own infrastructure. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. All fonts, images, styles, and scripts are served from our own domain rather than from external networks.
Information we process
Technical logs
Our web server keeps standard technical logs - such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of each request. We use these only to keep the site secure and running, and to diagnose problems. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
When you contact us
If you email us, call us, or book a call, we process the details you choose to give us - typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry - so that we can reply and, if you decide to go ahead, provide our services. Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where we work together, performance of a contract.
When you purchase an engagement
If you buy an engagement through our payment links, our payment provider collects the details needed to take the payment - typically your name, company, billing address, email address, and payment details. We receive confirmation of the payment and your contact and billing details so that we can issue a VAT invoice and schedule the work; we never see or store your full card details. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legal obligations around tax and accounting.
Service providers
We keep the number of third parties to a minimum. Where we do use them, they act as our processors and handle data only as needed to provide their service:
- Calendly - if you book a call through one of the "Book a call" links, Calendly LLC handles the scheduling and the details you enter, such as your name, email, and chosen time. Calendly is based in the United States; where personal data is transferred outside the UK it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Calendly's privacy notice.
- Email - messages you send to hello@developable.tech are handled by our email provider as part of delivering email to us.
- Payments - if you purchase an engagement, the payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy notice and acts as our processor for the billing information we receive. See Stripe's privacy notice.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers above, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information only as long as we need it - to answer you, to deliver and support our work, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email gdpr@developable.tech. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) - though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
